2015
A New Identity
Following its acquisition by STADA, BSMW was rebranded as Blend & Bottle, marking the next stage in the company's development and manufacturing capabilities.
2021
Own Label Creations is Founded
Own Label Creations was officially established. During our first year, we completed our first white label vape project and strengthened our capabilities through the acquisition of Advance Flavour Solutions, creating Europe's first vertically integrated new generation nicotine business.
2022
Expanding Our Product Portfolio
The launch of our Modern Flavours range broadened our formulation offering and reinforced our commitment to developing premium nicotine products for brands worldwide.
2023
Continued Growth
We introduced our UK-manufactured Nicotine Pouches and expanded our manufacturing expertise through the acquisition of NextGEN360, significantly increasing our production capabilities.
2025
Supporting More Brands Than Ever
From just 28 customers in 2021, Own Label Creations grew to support 378 brands, reflecting the continued trust placed in our manufacturing, product development and regulatory expertise.
2026
Raising the Standard
Our team expanded to 144 employees as we launched our White Label Pod System and became one of the first manufacturers approved by HMRC to produce UK Tax Stamped E-Liquids, demonstrating our continued investment in innovation, compliance and scalable manufacturing.
